What is PSYCH-KTM?

PSYCH-KTM  techniques elegantly work with the subconscious to shift beliefs using whole-brain integration techniques.  These techniques quickly and easily change outdated subconscious perceptions and beliefs that used to work but are currently sabotaging your goals in life.  They rely upon your own innate wisdom to provide alternative approaches by allowing you to access your own full reservoir of knowledge and then switching out the old with the new.   

The elegantly simple PSYCH-KTM techniques allow you to tap into your own solutions 'in the privacy of your own mind.'  Often the only 'documentation' is the seed statement which is used to guide the technique.   Many times the shifts occur within minutes.

In essence, your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve.  If you want to change what you are achieving, PSYCH-KTM techniques allow you to change your beliefs.

What can PSYCH-KTM do?

PSYCH-KTM is wonderful to use with 'affirmations' and can be applied to relationships,  prosperity, health, grief and loss, self-esteem, personal power, and spirituality.  

The great thing about using PSYCH-KTM with affirmation-type statements is that changes occur immediately, whereas repeating affirmations can take 28 days to take effect.

Statements can come from the PSYCH-KTM worksheets or can be generated from your own experiences.  Some sample statements from the PSYCH-KTM worksheets are: 

  • I am ready for a powerful, intimate relationship in my life now.
  • I am true to my feelings in a relationship.
  • I allow myself to be vulnerable and sensitive in a relationship.
  • I can make all the money I need doing a job that I love.
  • I can afford to take time off to rest and nurture myself whenever I need to.

These are just a sampling of the statements that are available in the worksheets.  Many more are available and still more can be generated from your own experiences.

  

In a Session for You

In a session, muscle checking is used to check with your autonomic nervous system to determine which balance is most appropriate for achieving the change you desire. 

First your system will be checked to determine whether individual statements will be used or a more involved PSYCH-KTM balance. Statements can be picked from the various worksheets or generated from your own experience or created through muscle checking.  (How do we do that?  click here for more info....)   

If individual statements are used, then the muscle checking will be used to determine which type of balance to use to shift the belief involved.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I have to do to prepare for a session?

Before the session, you don't have to do anything in particular.  You may want to have water on hand as very often folks get dehydrated without realizing it and if you get thirsty it'll be convenient to have the water near by and not have to interrupt the flow of the session.

For your own enjoyment and to allow the greatest amount of time to go towards having the session, it helps not to start in a really hurried or flustered state.  If you are and it matters, the session will involve finding a calmer state.  Also, if you want to consciously get the most out of the session and if you want to devote time to the session, it's probably better not to come in an altered state - ie drugged, drunk, stoned, etc.  But some things can't be helped anyway and however you arrive, we will proceed from there!  

In your sessions, positive change occurs as your current situation is accurately and neutrally accepted for what it is ~  allowing your growth and evolution to follow naturally!  

In extreme situations, the session can be done totally by surrogacy in any event. 

What do I have to do during the session?

Pretty much, you sit back, relax, and 'enjoy' the session!  This is easier to do when you can get comfortable, either sitting or laying down, and you're not pressed to get somewhere or do something afterward.

A vital first step for each session is verifying your guidance system for indicating  where you're headed in life and what you're 'meant to do' is up and running.    This ensures that changes which you pursue can be obtained and maintained in a manner that's right for you.  If you are comfortable with touch, then your arm or wrist can be used as the indicator and this will involve you allowing me access to your arm.

After this has been done, areas of desired change are identified and a modality for bringing about the change is employed.  When we get to the modalities section, you may be asked to move - to cross your ankles and wrists or stand and hold your arms out.   If you can do the modalities, this is wonderful for you to experience the changes directly.  If you would prefer not to or can't, I will be doing the modalities on your behalf and you will benefit that way.  

PSYCH-KTM is generally a very private type of session.  The information I get consists of the statements you choose to shift and whatever you share with me.  As I am sensitive, I will most likely know when the shifts have occurred but not necessarily.   If I pick up on something else, I will double check (internally with myself and the information) that the information is presenting itself as important to know about and then share that with you.

What about group sessions over the phone?

Group sessions can be done as one person receiving the session and everyone else tagging along getting the changes they need or as a 'best fit' for the entire group.  In both instances, some statements will be more relevant personally than others.

The main difference about having a session over the phone is that I will be doing the session entirely by proxy and, as you can't see me, the session will be something done through the hearing sense.  Eventually I may be able to figure out the skype connection, but right now it's too slow.  To make it more enjoyable for you:
~ have some water handy
~ have some nuts handy if you like nuts & can eat them
~ wear some comfy clothes and find a comfy place to lay down if you can, or sit if not lay down
~ plan on a quiet time after - ie not time to go out dancing the night away!
~ since we're on a conference call, bear this in mind so we don't end up talking over each other
~ there's no need to take notes, a transcript will be posted in a couple days
~ I will serve as proxy for the entire group.  there may be times I'll solicit responses from folks.  chances are, a large part of the session will be 'listening in' as I muscle check the statements that are appropriate. 
In RR sessions, there's very little reasoning, logic, rationalization, blaming, dredging things up, etc.
It's more like I stand back and assess what's going on and what can change and then, from there, determine what to do to change things to our benefit.  I do this by checking in with the energy field, which is possible when y'all give me permission to do so.
~ for each of us, some changes may be more pertinent than others.
~ depending upon time we may or may not go through all the statements again at the end of the session to check that they shifted.

What can I expect after the session?

Life gets better!  Folks usually feel lighter and more optimistic.

Some of these statements I just don't relate to - how'd they get into the session?

For many of the PSYCH-KTM processes, statements are selected ahead of time and checked to see if it's appropriate to shift them.  For some of the processes, I will mc statements that relate to the MU point that has indicated shifts are needed.   These statements have been crafted to allow for the greatest shift in that meridian.

In a group session, do all the statements apply to me?

If you are receiving a session and others have proxied into the session, then all the statements will apply to you and will go to your benefit most directly.  Those who are proxied in will receive benefit as is fit for them to receive.  ie some of the statements may apply and some may not.

If I am proxying the group, then the session is being 'steered' by no one person.  Instead, we're going for a 'best fit' for the entire group. Some statements may pertain to a particular person more specifically and have less to do with some of the others, so you may find some statements hit right home and others are out in left field.  In general, though, whatever comes up is somehow beneficial for everyone to shift.
